Education and Work timeline

My journey in education and professional work could be seen below

  • Knapp Inc North America
    System Software Engineering 1

    March 2024 – Present

The experience feels refreshingly different here. It’s like returning to my roots—diving deep into core programming languages like Python, Java, and C++, alongside Oracle’s ecosystem. And amidst all the problem-solving and innovation, I find joy in the little things—debugging mysteries, automating the mundane, and yes, sharing a good laugh along the way.

  • Cox Communications
    Software Engineering Coop - NetDevOps

    Aug 2023 – Dec 2023

I got 4 months full of experience in a real-world software engineering environment, working with a team of engineers in building automation infrastructure with daily task, following Agile methodology.

  • American Eagle Outfitters
    Devops/Software Engineering Intern

    June 2023 - Aug 2023

Embarking on a perpetual journey of knowledge, I have ceaselessly embraced the challenge of trying new things. And this time, I tried to be a DevOps Engineer with a whole new skill set. This job has significantly enriched my experience, marking a new chapter in my career of professional growth in a dynamic environment.

  • GSU Department of CompSci
    Undergraduate Software Engineering Assistant

    Aug 2021 – Mar 2023

I was working (happily) as an undergraduate software engineering assistant at Georgia State University, contributing to diverse projects that spanned a spectrum of fields, ranging from the realms of Machine Learning to the dynamic landscape of Web Development.

  • Open-Commerce Group
    Software Teaching Assistant

    May 2021 – Aug 2021

I gained a big leap in SWE, soft skills, and connection with 3 hustle yet motivating months working in here. Worked fulltime in daytime, studied GSU's classes remotely at night, still killed them both with a smile on my face.

  • Samo Tech
    Software Engineering Intern

    Jan 2020 – Aug 2020

Joined a selected course for elite high school new grad students. I wrote my first line of code as well as started my journey in here

Here is something fun I made (regularly updated)

Instagram bot

Thank you for going up to here. Before we say goodbye, here is the latest fun thing that I made.
I have a close friend whose name is Zulinh. She is so kind and good to me. However, she is well known as a technology killer. Her poor little 15-inch laptop had to suffer several bear attacks from her (water accident, dropping from bed, casually sitting on it, etc...) before it was completely broken last week. I am not kidding. She just bought a new laptop last Saturday, so to encourage the computer to survive happily, I made a bot to count how many days it has been living.
The bot is running on Google Functions, triggered by Google Cloud Scheduler. You can see the design below:

The Instagram account is @did_zulinh_break_laptop_today. You could check it out. 👀. Pretty fun hah? My friend loves it so much, and I hope you will love it tooInstagram Bot
